ABOUT
With over 30 years’ experience in the design and operation of Real Estate assets, Graham has provided proactive direction and leadership in all Real Estate Sectors, embedding ESG principles in every stage of an asset's life cycle. Graham has been involved in the design of sustainable buildings since the 1980’s when his first 17,000sqm building won an award for Energy Efficient Design. This fundamental understanding of how a building operates has helped him to design and operate large and complex portfolios of buildings, achieving international recognition for their ESG performance when the GRESB benchmark awarded Green Stars for 15 Real Estate Investment Funds including 3 that were rated as 5 Star Funds.
